Bab 223: It's a party and it's supposed to be wild

"Hey, guys!" Michael jumped inside the second-floor VIP excitedly, only to frown as soon as his eyes landed on three people. "Eh?! Where's everyone?"

"What do you mean, everyone?" Anton cast him a languid look. "This is everyone."

"Where's Marcus and Shanaiah?"

"Marcus, I don't know. As for Shanaiah, I also don't know."

Michael's frown deepened as he advanced in their direction. When he stepped into their vicinity, he darted his eyes between Marianne and Vincent. Marianne looked up at him and smiled while Vincent maintained a grim expression.

"Is everything okay?" Michael probed as he sat down. "Or was this party sparked some old, sinful flame, and you guys ended up arguing?"

"What do you mean ended up arguing?" Marianne chuckled. "Vincent and I are good."

"We're just chilling, man." Anton backed up.
