Bab 45: Making Up And Elf Issues

The Next Day...

All morning I avoided Cohen like the plague. I didn't bother saying good morning and acting as if we were on good terms. Biting into an apple I tried avoiding his gaze from across the table.

"So what are the plans for today" Arista asked while munching on cereal. I simply shrugged my shoulders not saying a word. Of course I was being petty but at this point I could care less.

"We have things we need to discuss... Astrid we need to talk" Cohen says looking at me with an unreadable expression. Rolling my eyes I continue eating my apple.

Soon breakfast was done and everyone was to have an hour break before we regroup. I quickly try to race to my room before a strong hand grabs me. I forcefully grab my hand back turning around to face a non expression Cohen.

"I told you we needed to talk... meet me in the office on the left wing" he whispers. I watch his long legs disappear up the stairs. Do I even want to talk to him at this point?
