Bab 33: Epilogue

The day will come when you won't be.

The world dimmed, hazy from the blood loss.

Trying as he might, he couldn't keep his eyes open.

All he could see was that vacant face.

Pavel's bloodless, ashen cheeks.

A dull, lifeless gaze.

"I… love you too."

The day has come.

Just to hammer home the ending. Azrael never did get to tell Pavel that he loved him - not until he could no longer hear it </3
