Bab 68: Chapter 68: I Want to Go

(Just Reached 100 chapter on P@treon)

"Grandpa Luke, Grandma Sansa, we've come to see you!"

As soon as the car door opened, Nia rushed out of the car like the wind and threw herself into Luke's arms, opening her arms wide.

"It's been so long, Nia. How have you been since school started?"

"Not good, school is so boring," Nia pouted and complained, "I want to go to Hogwarts."

"Nia is not old enough yet. You still have to wait for two more years," Luke said, comforting her, then looked up at the Herberts. "Let's go inside and talk."

Sansa looked at her granddaughter and asked, "Nia, have you missed me?"

"Grandma Sansa, I missed you so much!" Nia rushed into the old woman's arms, causing Sansa to giggle.

"Albert sent some things back with the owl. I was thinking..." Herbert's words were interrupted by Luke.

"Whatever it is, let's discuss it inside."

"Albert also had the owl send us some things. We were just looking at them." After entering the house, Sansa smiled and said to the Herberts, "I never expected that wizard drinks would taste so strange."

"Don't forget to bring your cat in the car," Luke reminded Herbert.

"I've got him," Daisy said, carrying the cat cage and closed the front door behind her.

In the living room, Shira was resting on the table, eating the owl treats that Albert had put in the box.

As soon as Tom was released from his cage, he jumped onto the table and stared at the owl, both sides preparing for a fight.

"Don't cause trouble, Tom." Daisy reached out and picked up Tom, placing him on her lap.

"These are also things Albert sent back?" Herbert placed the large box on the table, his gaze falling on the open box next to it.

"You still don't understand your son," Daisy glanced at Herbert, "Even if you forget, he won't."

Albert has always been Daisy's pride!

What? Other people's children are better?

Nonsense, who says that?

Other people's children are never better than your own.

"But where did Albert buy these things from? He doesn't go to that Hogwarts school," Sansa was puzzled. These things definitely wouldn't be sold at school.

"He probably ordered them through owl mail," Herbert knew very well about Albert's abilities. It wasn't his first time shopping through owl mail from Diagon Alley in London.

"Can we open the package now?" Nia asked eagerly.

"Of course," Herbert replied with a smile.

The package had just arrived this morning. However, after discussing with his family, Herbert decided to share this joy with his own parents, so they hurriedly drove over.

Inside the package was a rolled-up parchment with a red ribbon tied around it. Next to it was a paper bag with photos inside. Underneath were several bottles of drinks and some snacks.

Nia picked up the paper bag and discovered that it contained photos taken by Albert, with numbering on the back of each photo.

The first photo was of the red Hogwarts Express train.

"Parchment and photos, we have them too," Sansa handed the pile of photos to Daisy, took the parchment, and introduced, "Albert said this is the Hogwarts Express, used to transport children to Hogwarts School."

"I never thought wizards would ride steam trains to school?" Daisy picked up the photo and looked at it carefully, unable to help but comment, "You can't find these antiquities anywhere in Britain anymore."

As she spoke, Daisy handed the photo to her husband and took out a bottle from the box... Pumpkin juice?

"It looks like a beverage," she opened the pumpkin-shaped cap on the glass bottle and poured some into a cup, taking a small sip.

"How is it?" Herbert asked.

"The taste is a bit strange." Daisy poured the remaining pumpkin juice from the bottle into other cups and distributed them to the family in the living room.

Nia took a sip from the cup and her face wrinkled slightly, "The taste of this juice is weird. It doesn't taste as good as the juices sold outside."

After Herbert finished drinking, he blinked and said, "Can't say it's bad, but the taste is indeed strange."

"I almost forgot this taste." Luke's eyes filled with nostalgia, and he couldn't help but sigh softly.

After finishing her cup of pumpkin juice, Nia pointed to the butterbeer in the box and said, "I want to try this!"

"But this seems to be... beer?" Daisy looked at the label on the butterbeer, feeling a bit conflicted. She didn't want her daughter to have alcohol at such a young age.

"It's okay, we just had it, and it's not like beer at all. It doesn't have much alcohol, more like a beverage. Otherwise, Albert wouldn't have sent it back," Luke reassured softly, "It tastes a bit like less sweet butterscotch candy."

Luke poured some freshly opened butterbeer into cups for Herbert and Daisy, letting them taste it first before deciding whether to let Nia have some.

"It does have a strong buttery aroma," Daisy sniffed it and took a small sip, finding it smooth in texture.

"It says here that butterbeer is very popular in the wizarding world, like soda in our world. Although it's not bad, the taste is still a bit strange," Luke explained.

"Why do wizards like drinking this kind of stuff?" Nia pouted and took another small sip.

"Drink less, there's still a trace of alcohol in it," Daisy reminded.

"At least let me finish the butterbeer in my cup." After Nia finished the remaining butterbeer, her interest in magical beverages diminished.

"There's only a small amount of alcohol in it. As long as you don't drink too much, even underage people can have it without any problem," Herbert reassured, but he promptly fell silent after receiving a glare from his wife. He knew Daisy cared a lot about the education of their children.

The other items in the box were also taken out and placed on the table. The remaining items were all snacks bought for Nia.

Nia opened the Chocolate Frogs and took a bite, lost in her thoughts.

Daisy untied the ribbon and handed the rolled-up parchment to Herbert, asking him to read the contents of the letter.

The letter provided a detailed introduction to Hogwarts Castle.

From crossing the lake as a new student to passing through the oak doors of Hogwarts Castle, entering the Great Hall for the Sorting Ceremony, the letter gradually revealed the wonders of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

The enchanted ceiling, the entrance to the kitchen beneath the Great Hall depicted as a fruit painting, moving staircases, and portraits that could speak in the corridors.

The castle also featured various magical secret passages, pranks on the stairs, resident ghosts, walking suits of armor, classrooms for lessons, long corridors, and the Fat Lady, the guardian of the Gryffindor common room.

Entering the common room and reaching their dormitory via the stairs, along with their three roommates.

This six-foot-long letter vividly introduced Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry to the Anderson family, complemented by maps and photographs, making it feel as if they had personally visited Hogwarts Castle.

Nia leaned against Daisy's shoulder and murmured, "I want to go too!"
