"Mr. Weasley, I need to remind you of something. Your holiday assignments are practically identical, except for a few minor differences," Professor McGonagall called out to Fred and George after class, returning their assignments to them. "Take them back and redo them. If a similar situation happens again, you'll be confined to your rooms. You should do your homework yourselves instead of constantly trying to copy others."

"We did them ourselves, but we have a deep understanding of each other. You could say we have great telepathy," the twins exchanged glances and defended themselves in unison.

Professor McGonagall was taken aback by their response. She didn't expect the twins to have such a high level of synchronization. She looked them up and down, nodded, and said, "Alright, I'll let it go this time. But if it happens again, you'll be confined to your rooms."

Watching Professor McGonagall walk away, the twins happily high-fived each other and winked at Lee Jordan and Albert.

"In fact, Professor McGonagall saw through your trick a long time ago. I believe Snape won't let you off easily," Albert reminded them.

His words soon proved true. The twins' excuses didn't fool Snape at all. The Potions professor just stared coldly at them and said, "Take them back and redo them."

"At least Snape gave you a chance," Lee Jordan gloated, patting Fred on the shoulder. "You know, that's Snape we're talking about. Not being confined to your rooms is already pretty lucky for you."

"I think Snape can see through our thoughts," George suddenly said.

"Don't look directly into Snape's eyes. It's easy to be seen through," Albert reminded them. "That's definitely a form of magic, although I haven't figured out what kind of magic it is."

"Magic?" The three of them looked at each other, believing it about 70-80%.

"Recently, I'm planning to..." Albert raised his hand and made a walking motion. "I need to walk across the rope on the fifth floor of the castle."

"When are you planning to..." Fred's eyes lit up. They knew Albert had mastered the Disillusionment Charm, and with this handy tool, they didn't need to worry about being caught by Filch.

"Very soon," Albert paused and caught an item flying towards them with his hand. He opened it and saw that it was a chalkboard eraser.

"Good afternoon, Peeves!" Albert raised his wand and flicked the eraser box Peeves threw at them, causing all the chalk to scatter.

Peeves made a face at them and was about to throw something else their way.

"You can have this back..." Albert said as he threw the eraser back. The eraser passed through Peeves' head and hit the wall behind him. Peeves made a rude gesture and floated away.

"It's not a good place at all," Fred whispered, "I've always wanted to go in and take a look. It's said that the books stored there are quite dangerous."

"What are you guys talking about?" Lee Jordan couldn't follow their train of thought and looked at them with confusion.

"The library, the rope," George reminded him.

"You mean..." Lee Jordan suddenly realized, but before he could finish his sentence, he was glared at by the three of them, causing him to swallow his words.

"Just forget about it," Albert patted his shoulder and said.

"But the things there are too advanced for us," Lee Jordan knew his own capabilities and hadn't thought about going there because he wouldn't be able to learn anything.

"The old magic is a bit dangerous for people nowadays," Albert said dismissively. "In ancient times, wizards were hardly constrained, and the magic they created and used was the result of reckless experimentation. Many spells seem chaotic now, and when they were recorded, they weren't standardized or easily understood."

Those ancient books are difficult to comprehend without studying them, and some are even written in ancient magical script. That's why Hogwarts puts those books in the Restricted Section, so that students who read them and try to use them won't end up hurting themselves.

But Albert was different. He had the Marauder's Map! As long as he finished reading a book, he could easily master the spells that appeared on the map through the Pensieve of Experience.

Expanding the diversity of magic is actually necessary.

"Your words remind me of the 'Alohomora' spell," Fred recalled the incident when Albert dismantled the door to Professor McGonagall's office.

"I later looked it up. Before the Room of Requirement was discovered, the unlocking spell people used was 'Portaberto,' followed by 'Alohomora'," Albert continued, catching the interest of the three. "This spell acted like a rough visitor, kicking down someone else's door, achieving a similar effect to the unlocking spell."

"In comparison, the current 'Alohomora' is indeed more refined. It's one of the characteristics of modern charms," Albert explained.

"It's unbelievable," Lee Jordan said, his face full of astonishment.

"This spell is just... cool," the twins' eyes sparkled with eagerness to try it out.

After lunch, the Weasley twins had to make a trip to the library. They had more homework than others, and if they didn't complete it in time, Snape might actually confine them to their rooms.

For the two of them, it was a nightmare, and they couldn't let it happen no matter what.

"What strange thing are you researching again?" Lee Jordan glanced at Albert's parchment, filled with strange symbols that he couldn't understand at all, after finishing his homework.

Rune symbols," Albert pointed to one that intersected three lines and resembled a tilted letter "V" with a missing horizontal line on the right side. "This symbolizes wealth. It's said that making it into a talisman and carrying it with you can increase a person's fortune."

"I think your fortune is already good enough," Lee Jordan muttered under his breath.

"No one minds having even better fortune," Albert said nonchalantly.

"Is this thing useful?" The twins, who were busy with their homework, leaned in and asked, "We could use some luck lately."

"Then you need some Felix Felicis," Albert said.

"What's that?"

"Liquid luck. It's said that drinking it can bring good luck for a period of time."

"There's something like that?" The twins felt it was quite unbelievable.

"Yes, but it's said that preparing this potion takes several months."

"Several months!" George couldn't help but raise his voice. When he noticed everyone staring at him, he quickly pulled his neck back, pretending to be invisible.

"The brewing process of Felix Felicis is quite difficult. A small mistake could turn it into poison," Albert whispered.

"How do you know?"

"I came across it while researching for Snape's assignment last time. I got interested and looked it up, but unfortunately, I couldn't find the recipe for Felix Felicis," Albert casually explained.

"I'm more curious about whether these things you're making actually work," Phil said, who had been watching for a while. "The runic symbol you were just looking at is supposed to enhance a guy's charm."

"Oh, then where's the one that enhances a girl's charm?" Phil asked casually. In fact, Phil had also studied ancient magical scripts, although she only got an E in the exam, she could still sense that Albert had considerable expertise in this area.

It's really strange. How did he acquire this knowledge?

Those complex runes couldn't be simply drawn out. Phil herself had been studying them for a long time and could only barely identify them through the annotations on the parchment.

"Oh, there isn't one. After all, I'm a guy," Albert said matter-of-factly, "If these runes were effective, I would definitely use them on myself first."
