Amelia left with Mrs. Brown, and together they spent the day. Amelia had to join the crew since she had already promised Donald Campbell, and it would be no good not going.

Mrs. Brown thought it would be a way to prevent Samuel Coleman from getting involved.

"Albert, are you going to the movie set too?" Mrs. Brown thought Albert Brown was idle and it didn't matter where he was, as long as he took good care of Amelia, his life would be rich and glorious.

Albert Brown, of course, understood Mrs. Brown's intentions. But he didn't want her to think that he had to rely on Amelia to survive, although he was indeed planning on it.
