In the Academy library, there are a lot of skill books each offering a unique path of power. Some skills as Asher's skill were unique with only one copy, and some others were in high demand, with multiple copies available for eager students to claim. Like the Basic Energy Skill, a widely popular choice among warriors.

This skill allowed practitioners to gather basic energies, serving as a foundation for further development.

Most students in the Academy had already incorporated this skill into their repertoire, and now after they got their every manipulation skill can use the energy they absorb using the basic skill to accelerate their development.

Although the warriors can use only one skill in their body the basic skill is an exception to this rule as the warrior can add another skill after it, which already gives an advantage to other students, unlike Asher which this was he had never absorbed energy before.
