The little puffball was still pulling more paper out from the stack of documents on his table, but as soon as she saw Gu Juexi, she quickly climbed down from the chair and tried to run over to him. Before she could start running, Gu Juexi had already walked over to her and carried her up in his arms.

"Handsome elder brother," Xixi shouted with a smile on her face. She quickly kissed Gu Juexi on his cheeks.

In that moment, all of Gu Juexi's anger quickly dissipated, but he continued eyeing his son.
