Bab 34: Packages here, packages there

"Sit here! I'll teach you how to channel Light as your power!"

Asher was woken up by his mother. He was sleepy. He noticed the time. It was midnight.

"Why?"

Cora didn't listen. She glared. Asher had no choice but to get up.

He wore cartoon pyjamas and his hair was a mess. On top of that, he kept yawning.

Cora took him out in the garden.

There was nothing there.

She sat cross-legged and Asher sat beside her. He wondered if there were mosquitoes here.

"Look, today is full moon day. The moon is the closest to us today. Sit here and try to meditate. Let the moonlight bestow gifts on you."

Asher didn't understand much but he listened to her.

He sat beside her with closed eyes trying to not fall asleep. After some time, he opened his eyes to see what was happening.

His mom was radiating light. Maybe this was how Moon Charmers practiced. He watched her for an hour. The light rays surrounded her and she kept absorbing.
