A few hours had passed, and Anna and Nora found themselves waiting anxiously in the dimly lit hallway, directly outside Valerie's room.

The tension in the air was palpable, and Anna's nervousness manifested in her restless foot tapping on the cold, tiled floor. Her teeth anxiously gnawed on her fingernail, betraying her inner turmoil.

Sitting on the floor, Nora observed Anna's unease with keen perception. The flickering fluorescent light cast shadows on her face, accentuating the concern etched across her features. Nora felt compelled to break the heavy silence that enveloped them.

"So... when do you plan to fill me in?" Nora inquired, her voice laced with curiosity and a hint of urgency.

Anna's attention was abruptly drawn away from her anxious thoughts, her gaze shifting from the ground to Nora. Startled by the question, she mumbled, "Uhh?"
