Ethan and the cloaked girl ventured further into the tunnel, clutching a fire torch that cast a warm glow against the oppressive darkness. The passage seemed to stretch endlessly before them, each step reverberating through the cavernous expanse.

A feeling of considerable time passing washed over Ethan, prompting him to mutter to himself, "It feels as though we've been walking for a long time, just how far is this place".

Abruptly, Ethan came to a halt, sinking to his knees and pressing his hand onto the rocky floor, his countenance a picture of intense concentration.

Observing his actions, the girl also ceased her advance, her eyes fixed upon him as she inquired, "What are you doing?" Her voice held curiosity and a hint of concern.

"Give me a sec." Ethan responded with focused determination, his silence underscoring his deep concentration.
