"Who is this Rebel?" Dracule asked him.

"He is the first-ever born Lycan, born with a human body," he said. "Vladimir found him when he raided the Paths, the first cave Lycans chose to live in. His biological mother left him, and Vladimir took him in. At first glance, I knew Rebel wasn't born from a Lycan mother but to something else. Although he smells like one, this part of him smells like something else."
