Bab 156: A shocking and unexpected encounter

Rachel was tasked with attending to the hotel's main guest, Sebastian Hubbard. Other housekeeping staff members were hesitant to approach the big boss, the owner of the hotel. They would be fired if they made a mistake, or the big boss became dissatisfied with them in some way. When the manager called them, everyone pushed Rachel to the front.

The manager was nervous as well, and he understood their concern. If he sent them, he believed they would surely make mistakes out of nervousness.

Rachel seemed to be calm and composed, and the manager believed she could manage with Mr. Hubbard and his wife.

With a wave of his hand, the manager motioned for the others to leave and asked Rachel to wait.
