Lunch at the Nash mansion was an affair filled with lively chatter and great food. The chefs had done a good job.

Lia was sad that Ryan had not joined them. She understood that Ryan was a busy man, but she found herself missing him.

Although she had Bobby and Dawn around to give her company, Lia still had a weird sense of loneliness.

“You look like someone stole your favorite toy,” Bobby said as he leaned over to her.

“No, I am fine,” Lia lied.

“Ummm I think she misses her boo!” Dawn, who had overhead them, laughed.

Lia felt her face warm up. She was blushing, and this only made Dawn laugh more, however, Bobby scowled.

Dawn turned to say something to Brian and Bobby whispered to her.
