DAY 20 CONTINUES

When they got in the car, she inquired, "Are we going home?"

He turns onto the main road, saying, "No, I want to go somewhere. I haven't been there in a long time."

Where is that, she wondered? Perhaps it was the home of his mother. She pondered. Still, she didn't think to inquire. Eventually, she was going to find out.

The car filled with music as he pressed the screen of the small display in the midst of them. Phina expressed her disapproval of the music by speaking her mind.

"Can you please change the song?"

Patrick queried. "You don't like the song?"

Boredom struck her as she answered, "No. I don't even know the song. I've only heard the title of the song once."

He shrugged. "All right." He then adjusted the music. "How about this? MJ."
