Shi Yao was halfway through watching her fourth video when she suddenly received a notification on her phone. It was from Liang Mumu: [Little darling Yaoyao, I'm about ten minutes away from your school entrance, so you can start getting prepared now. See you soon!]
Shi Yao quickly tabbed out of her video to reply: [Alright.]
Liang Mumu swiftly sent a 'muah' emoji over.
Without responding to that, Shi Yao tabbed back into her video.
By the time she finished watching the match, eight minutes had already gone by.
After confirming that her phone was charged up, she climbed out of her bed to grab a set of clothes to change into. After which, she did a quick check to confirm that she didn't leave anything behind, then put on her shoes and left the dormitory room.
When Shi Yao arrived at the school entrance, Liang Mumu still hadn't arrived yet.
