"I don't understand?" Ru murmured.
"Ah, so you don't know what you're saying. Just keep game on," Prince Arazharn said, and guided Ru's finger to make him eat his own piece. "Good for you."
"Okay, let go of my finger," Ru said through gritted teeth.
"However you like. By the way, hiding pieces won't do any good," Arazharn said, pointing with his eyes to the cushion on which Ru was sitting.
"Hiding it? Me?" Although Ru tried not to show it, he was sweating a little.
Arazharn used his telepathic ability to remove the checkers pieces from beneath Ru and from his pockets.
Ru chuckled stupidly and said, "I'm sure I dropped them."
Arazharn hissed through his beads. "Really?"
Ru raised his hands, "Okay, I stole them."
The checkers match moved on to the next round. This time Arazharn did not interfere with Ru and allowed him to play the game freely.
