Bab 72: Invading his dreams

Twenty-four hours wasn't a very long time. Especially if the parties involved were very busy with their royal duties. Shahzad went on conducting his daily business. If he had known that his privacy would be violated, then he would have been alert.

The hours went by first until it was time to go to bed. Shahzad had a feeling of anticipation in his heart. He has not seen his new friend for almost a week now. He missed her. Somehow, her existence gave meaning to his otherwise boring life.

She affected his heart in ways he could not explain. Tonight, as he got ready for bed, he silently hoped to meet her again. He has grown addicted to her charms. He especially liked it when she smiled. Her eyes would shine as though she carried stars in them.
