~Inner Court, the King's Palace~
That afternoon, the Royal family sat down to lunch, King Holdred helping his wife cut her steamed goose into bite sized pieces.
"So I heard that you are both getting along well with Prince Reqiel." He said by way of conversation.
Both of his children smiled, and you couldn't really tell which one of them meant it. "Indeed, we went to pay a visit to the Hall of Statues earlier today." Aethel spoke up.
Myla's dark eyes sparkled at this, "Oh, you left the Royal Palace, Aethel?" She asked, pleased to hear this.
Aethel smiled graciously, it was an experience she wouldn't be too quick to repeat. "Yes, mother, I wanted to show my dear friend around."
"Lovely, lovely, you should do that more often, dearest." The pale skinned Queen insisted.
