'Is this guy a monster?' Synthia was honestly taken back by the sight of him.

"Splash!"

Max even though was trying to hold himself, it wasn't working. He was immediately forced down on one of his knees with blood spilling out of his mouth. A Grandmaster's hit certainly felt different. This was the first time that he had felt himself getting utterly destroyed in a single hit.

'Goddamn…this body..' Max cursed himself.

'You don't realize, but you probably have one of the strongest bodies in all of humankind..' Andriel muttered with a sigh. She really didn't like him pushing himself while putting his own life in danger.

But, she couldn't say anything to him.

He had done the same with her. When she was in danger, he went all the way and did what he could do to save her. That was what had got her to him, so she couldn't hate that quality of him even if she tried to.
