Bab 67: Fixing Vivienne

Lots of indistinct scents and children's voices flooded Darius's senses as he sat on the bench. Even if he was supposed to be watching over the children, he caught himself spacing out. The events from last night still haunted him, even if the leaders had shown how disgustingly powerful Nicholai was supposed to be. He was looking for the family of a once-rogue that Darius saved. 

Could it only take him less than a week if Darius prayed so badly?

Also, this irreparable belief of the leaders about him… not only them, but even the other members of the pack never believed that Darius's parents were both Omegas. It was easier to believe that an Alpha slept with an Omega to produce a low-born Alpha… than to receive a true-born Alpha from two Omegas.
