Bab 210: BEST FRIENDS: A FIGHT

Derek swallowed his saliva as he watched his mother's brown eyes darken in fury. He was in trouble. But for what cause?

Stretching his sight beyond her, he saw his cousin staring at him. Her face too was contorted with fury. 

What did he do now, apart from sleeping with his girlfriend? That was normal for couples, wasn't it?

"What have you done?" He heard his mother ask through their mind link, each word lined with volumes of anger and disappointment

"Mother, I don't understand." He replied through the mind link 

"You slept with her. Your scent is all over her. What do you think would happen if the others find out? What about your father? Do you think of his reactions?" She asked, not breaking eye contact with him.

Shit! 

He thought, sinking his right fingers into his hair, while taking his gaze to the open window.
