Whooshing! Water was poured on Jack's face. He coughed as he cleaned his face only to see Luke staring at him with a devilish smile on his face.

"Six minutes past four, we need to start training," Luke declared.

"Don't you ever sleep for once?" Jack muttered as he rose. Vampire didn't need sleep that much but training with Luke always left his strength depleting.

"Sleep is for those without problems, but you and I are not part of them. Come on! Let's go!" Luke urged.

Jack stood up from the coffin, which was now his bed. If someone had told him a few months ago that he would be sleeping in a coffin, he would have laughed in their faces. The reality of his situation had sunk in, and he couldn't return to his family just yet. It was better to stay with the vampires, sort things out before revealing his existence.
