Bab 39: Goblin Massacre (1)

As Jason's fist came in contact with the goblin's body the sound of a drum being hit resounded in the air, his fist rested on the goblin's small frame.

The goblin looked confused as it felt no damage, it quickly launched it's own counterattack.

Using the rusty blade it slashed at Jason's chest area, the blade tore through the shirt but the instant it made contact with his skin it bounced off.

Almost as if his body was made to steel.

Jason quickly recovered, he moved backwards to get away from the monster and clear his head.

"This isn't what I expected." Jason shook his head. "Even though it requires magic I didn't think that-"

He shook his head again and tried to get the thought out of his brain, if delayed fist didn't work that just meant it was only useful if he could use mana.

The goblin lunged at him again, but Jason was ready.
