"Sure, Gus," Jet said, giving him a smile. "What's up? Everything alright with you? I know you got released from the infirmary a few weeks back, but I haven't had the chance to ask how you're doing."

"I'm fine, or at least as fine as I can be in these circumstances. The Warpath took credit for the attempt, yet I know that it is no more than a lie. Tensions are increasing between the factions, and threaten to tear us apart while we are in the middle of this war. I spoke to Becca from the third years who helped us down there, after the news broke, and she said that different news companies have been hounding them about it. It seems like we haven't been only because we're first years. And on top of that…"

"On top of that, what?" Jet asked, pressing for an answer.
