Bab 153: - Milestones

'Now?' Gus thought. 'Why not earlier, before I decided to break out of the cell?'

Gus was annoyed at the system, but it was right. Escaping as soon as possible was the thing that he wanted to do, that he had to do. But that still didn't change the fact that he could have been told sooner that he had to look at milestones, considering how long ago he hit level ten.

'Damn it,' he thought. 'This isn't safe. But if the milestones have a lot to do with combat, and I assume that they give rewards, then I have to look. Actually, the glossary mentioned something about them when I looked at it back in the academy, back when I first got the system. Perhaps that's what I'm thinking from when I say they give rewards.'
