Bab 30: Celebrating Autumn with Lance

"Let's celebrate the autumn a bit simpler this year," Chiaki led the meeting of her subordinates in the manor, all the lower and higher-rank officers and staff were present.

"But, General? We should conduct group meditation for the beam. It needs to be renewed, otherwise, the structural integrity of the barrier . . . ," one of her subordinates probed.

Chiaki didn't want to. If she were to be honest, she didn't want to enter the pyramid again anytime soon. Hearing Natsuiro's gentle voice was distressing enough, she even had to share the fact with a feeling of being ignored. 

Natsuiro called Lance Hua's name! His name! But not hers, Natsuiro's little sister.

Just, why?

She couldn't accept this fact and wanted to investigate what was happening. Ever since Lance Hua came into her life, she could defeat anomalies and restore order more efficiently, but it never came without a side effect.
