Nux was honest.

"I didn't know I needed to cater to you in order to get a mission." 

Nux frowned. 

According to the Skeleton's memories, this woman simply handed the 'special' missions to whoever came to her.

"You don't.

You just aren't eligible to take the special missions." 

"Why?" Nux frowned. 

"Go to the enquiry counter if you have any queries." 

The woman shrugged, pointing towards a different counter without even looking at Nux.

Nux stood in silence. 

However, the woman had had enough. 

"Leave, you are blocking the line." 

"There is no one else besides me standing her-" 

Nux wanted to say it, soon, however, he sensed around 3 beings standing behind him. He turned around and frowned.
