He had long since deduced that according to the system's rules, hitmen were villains, and the number of people they killed represented the amount of experience and credit points the system assigned to them.

Killing someone without a legitimate reason, or killing innocent people even with a legitimate reason, couldn't escape the system's pronouncement of villainy.

How many of these hitmen who were coming for money would show mercy to innocent people?
