"Is it really safe, Mom?" Bella asked her mother as they remained seated inside a room while Bellarine braided her daughter's hair.

Bellarine hummed, "Since your brother said he would be fine, then that would be the case." Bellarine assured her.

"But still…why would he ask us to leave?" Emily asked, her voice laced with concern as she sat on the ground and got her head massaged by Lilia.

The brunette maid sighed, "It's probably the effect of the Soul Bond that Young Master has formed with Lady Rena, that might affect her psyche. That's why he even asked Carl to go away."

Richard told everyone to leave him with Rena since she was about to wake up.

Carl was insisting on staying even if he gets hurt, however, Richard flat out rejected his request, before a sobbing Carl left the room.
