Bab 107: A Truth

Later in the day, as everything slowly slipped back into place, Matt stared at the expectant faces of the people in the room. Neil, Mi Rae, Ryu and Ah Hai all knew the truth or guessed parts of it but Alicia, Zhao Min and Qian Qian had been kept in the dark. Alicia glared at the others before turning to Zhao Min and asking mildly, "Min Min! What do you want Matt to talk to us about?"

Zhao Min knew that now the moment for reckoning had come and said, "Mama! I know I was planning to go to business school but I don't want to."

Alicia frowned at this but remained silent waiting for him to continue. It wasn't as if they had chosen Zhao Min's school. They had never forced any of their children into anything and Zhao Min had the talent and flair for business so they had only encouraged him to do as he wished.. But now that the admissions had been almost done, he did not want to go? Did he get cold feet?
