Bab 430: Hiding Behind The Veil

"Have the preparations been made?" Song Xia asked Long De, one of his trusted guards within the Song clan.

"Yes, Patriarch. We await your signal." Long De bowed.

At this moment, Song Xia was getting ready for the banquet as well.

He also wore his signature blue robes, but was of darker shade.

Since he would be showing up together with his daughter, he paid more attention to his appearance.

Song Huo was now drinking tea with Song Qing on the side, waiting for him to finish.

They, too, were wearing blue robes, Song Qing's was of the same dark shade but only differed in design while Song Huo's were a light shade of blue.

Song Huo's robes accentuated his scholarly look. And Song Qing's robes didn't have a complicated design. It was very simple and yet not a thing was out of place. Not a wrinkle at all.
