Bab 28: Chapter 27: The Preparation and the Gossip

The following day was sunny. Somehow, the she-wolves could decorate the field with various flowers on short notice. They also prepared in front of Giselda's room by carrying the dress she would wear in the morning and flower headwear they had just created last night. 

It was six a.m. when they knocked on Giselda's door. Giselda awoke already as she couldn't sleep last night. She wondered about many things, especially her first night with Zealous. Giselda blushed as she recalled how wonderful it was when he touched her. 

She sighed since she would know everything tonight. After opening the door, Giselda covered her mouth with her hands as Viona was among the she-wolves. 

"Mommy! You're here too!"

"Yes, sweetheart. My daughter will have a marking ceremony today. As your mother, of course, I should be here."

Giselda hugged Viona, then smiled and cried at the same time. "Oh, Mommy! It's the perfect day of my life. Thank you."
