Bab 60: The Electric Lurker

He regretted a bit breaking up with Jenny because Jenny held many of his secrets.

So, he chose to talk to Anna, who was in the control room.

"Besides exploding walkers and electric crawlers, are there any other mutants in both corridors?"

"Only them. I've locked most of them in the containment. No surviving researchers in both corridors," reported Anna.

"Okay. In that case, we'll take care of the containment later. Jenny, make sure the existing researchers with you are safe. After that, you can catch up to the next floor."

"Jenny can't." Anna cut Christopher's speech. "Chris, you can pass through the containment without opening the main access door where I trapped the mutants and some zombies. But if Jenny wants to go to the stairs, then she has to pass through the containment."

Christopher grumbled in annoyance. "Okay, Jenny, take care of the researchers and ensure they and the research data are safe. Then turn around and follow us."
