Bab 42: Contract

At this time, the brothers and sisters of the Sterling family were facing each other with mysterious expressions. They were now Elias' suite, with Victoire entering and sitting arrogantly on the sofa as if she owned the place. 

Elias' eyes blankly followed her and shrugged, walking over to sit on the opposite chair. 

"Have you thought about my text?" She asked, looking at him. "Just seduce that woman and take her away from my fiance. You're going to help me out, right? Just this once?" 

Obviously, most girls with older brothers get doted on, but hers was more selfish than she was. She always had to beg—

"Sure."

She blinked. So easy? 

"Really? You're going to seduce her?"

"Yes." 

The girl stared at him, waiting for his condition—she had been prepared to give him a couple of properties under his name or even a share—but there was none.

Why? So kind? 

Did the seabreeze enlighten him or something?
