Macy texted Dongin, "Hey! how is my outfit?" He was too busy to care about his girlfriend. When he eventually, reached his dorm, he replied, "Cool, you look gorgeous." On the other side, Macy was busy fixing things with Rihanna, She wanted to leave back to Seoul to meet Adrian, Macy questioned trying not to be offensive, "You want me? or Adrian? The choice is yours." Rihanna questioned back replying, "Why do you always want to compare yourself with someone else?" Macy rolled her eyes, arrogantly folding her hands towards her chest, she answered, "I didn't want to compare, I just wanted to know, whom you trust the most? Me or Adrian?" Rihanna then left the hallway, without replying to Macy's question, Macy yelled in anger, "Can you at least respond to me?" Rihanna took out her luggage bag, throwing all of her clothes across the bag intensely, Rihanna later replied when Macy was fed up with her, and was sleeping on the couch, "I'm sorry, I have to leave." Macy then woke up after she left, she saw the note left by Rihanna, she read the letter pretending to be unbothered.
The tears from her eyes, fell on the white sheet of the letter, "I'm sorry Macy, It's time for me to go, I'll meet you after things are sorted with Adrian, okay? Please take care. love you moonchild." She wiped off her tears saying, "I'll miss you, then." She later, texted Dongin again, "Hey, I want to talk to you, I know it's probably mid of night, but I have a bad feeling about this one." After reading the text, Dongin called Macy multiple times, But she fell asleep. He planned out something for her, and, left Seoul. She then called back apologizing, "Dongin, I'm sorry. I fell asleep." He replied, "I'm here at your airport" She woke up from the bed, rubbing her eyes, not ready to meet him, she got surprised as he continued, "Can you please Pin me your location? I'll be there."
She smiled, wiping her tears of joy, Instead of complaining, she was happy that someone was there to lean on, and who cared for her, She sent him the location and waited for him to arrive while cleaning her rented house. The moment she heard knocks on the door, she knew it would be him, smiling, she went towards the door, expecting Dongin to be there. She opened the door and got truly surprised as she saw Rihanna back home, She questioned looking at Rihanna's dark eyes, "What happened? are you good?" Rihanna then fainted suddenly replying to Macy with a low tone, "Adrian...is.."
Macy tried to wake up Rihanna, she gave her some water and lightly spoke, "Ri, I'm here, wake up." Macy tried hard to get back her one and only friend she trusted, The doorbell rang once again, Macy was annoyed by the doorbell, she then went and opened the door clicking her tongue, she eye-smiled looking at a muscular man enter the house with a bright smile. She sighed with relief, hugging the man. She broke the hug and spoke, "I missed you."
Dongin questioned Macy with a confused face, "Why do you look so upset? what's wrong?" Macy replied pointing at fainted Rihanna, Dongin and Macy then went to the hospital immediately, Macy was constantly worried for both Dongin and Rihanna, She questioned Dongin, "I'm sorry for all of this." He placed a soft kiss on her forehead, telling her to stop being apologetic for things, that is not in her hands. She smiled, and replied, "I remember Rihanna mentioning her boyfriend, Adrian. Should I try contacting him?" Dongin nodded and let her Call Adrian.
As soon as she called him, she responded with a, "hi!" While the caller on the other side was Adrian's mother, crying and sobbing with pain in her voice, Macy questioned, "Hello? Is this Adrian?" His mother replied "Ad...Adrian is no more..." She continued sobbing. Macy on the other side was trembled listening to the news, her whole body went numb, as his mother continued, "His plane blasted... and people are saying, no one from that airplane was alive. except for one." She remembered the words Adrian, said to Rihanna when they broke up, "People who are in present should be respected, more than remembering the people of the past." Dongin questioned, looking at Macy shaking with pain, "All good?" She replied, by putting the phone call on speaker, Dongin then, consoled and, replied patting her back, "It's a misery for her, but this ain't the end, Everything is going to be pretty blue very soon, let's try being positive for her."
Later that day, Rihanna woke up, she murmured in pain, "A-Adrian, he.." Macy started tearing up looking at her friend suffer, not knowing what to reply, she just calmly caressed her hair, holding her hand, and said with a shiver in her voice, "Everything is going to be fine, I'm there with you, always."
Dongin was there, just for her, The person he loves and trusts more than anything was Macy. He was worried about her mental health, He was also worried about his group and their song release today, he was biting his lips intense, when his secretary then came towards him handing over the tablet she said, "Sir, I think it will be trouble for you if you continue coming to sudden trips like this." He read the Article's title,
"HOME's Dongin Seen With His Rumoured Girlfriend In Russia"
Dongin said with a sarcastic smile on his face, "Time to announce, Tell PEOPLE, I have been into dating." She nodded and did her work as ordered. Soon, Dongin's Fandom started to ship both of them. Even though they didn't know Macy, they started to make fake profiles and spread false rumors. Dongin sighed looking at the apps crashing with messages, he spoke softly, "it's okay, everything goes."
Macy then questioned when Rihanna woke up, and, was back to normal, "What happened?" She nodded shortly, taking her medicine in, she started, "I had a plan to move in with Adrian, and as you know, I left everything and went to meet him alone, he came to the airport and waited for me to come. We both later boarded the flight and he sat beside me holding my hand and saying, "it is going to be our new journey." he was honestly, so excited about everything, we were going to start. And that's the exact time I remembered that I left my suitcase that contains money in the waiting room. I then asked the air hostess and went to get it back. and that's when... the flight... it blasted into pieces in front of my eyes... The gas leakage caused that fire, and Adrian was burnt alive, My dreams and everything went like that, in just a second." She cried.
Macy and Dongin tried comforting Rihanna, she was with lots of distress and anxious about everything. All plans were wrecked, and her desire of getting a better life was torn into pieces. She was highly caught up in depression and pain.
Soon, it was midnight, and Rihanna was discharged, they went back home, trying not to talk about anything that will be offensive or disturbing. Dongin turned on the radio while driving back home, And there was HOME's newly released song. He looked into Macy's eyes with a smile and said, "This is the song I said have been working on." The song continued to play, melting Macy's heart. The lyrics and vocals were giving her chills, even though her condition wasn't so pleasing to enjoy anything. She interlocked her hands with his, he let her place her head on his shoulder and she said smiling, "I'm very grateful to have you in my life."
