"Are you still mad at me?" She asked him.

Jeremy looked at her before he caressed her cheek briefly.

"Nah. I am cool. Moreover, who could stay mad at this face, warrior princess" Jeremy told her.

"I am really sorry. Forgive me?" Defiance offered him her sandwich as a peace offering and he took it.

"Do you want to share a sandwich?" Jeremy asked and pointed to a table.

Defiance went with him and all the while she thought (Mindy was wrong) a girl is in love with a boy when she can't wait to see him smile and offer to share a sandwich.

Eireth had asked her who she was going to choose, the answer was simple.

There was no debate. It was Jeremy. 

 She was in love with Jeremy Reign Knight.

Defiance watched him as they ate lunch at the corner table. She simply couldn't take her eyes off of him and he noticed it (it wasn't like she was hiding it)
