Tommy, half-drunk and lulled by the alcohol, barely registered Benjamin's words.
He felt a strange mix of vulnerability and comfort.
His head was spinning, but he couldn't deny the pull of Benjamin's presence. It was dangerously obvious!
"Oh man," Tommy slurred, leaning back and letting Benjamin's touch guide him. "You're my buddy, my confidant, my homie! We're gonna ride together, through thick and thin, even when you're gettin' on my nerves! Right?"
Benjamin chuckled, a dark glint in his eyes. "Just take a deep breath, sit back, and let's groove through this thing together."
Tommy nodded, his defenses down. "Yeah... I reckon I do."
Benjamin's hands moved deftly, unbuttoning Tommy's shirt and tossing it aside. "See? That wasn't bad, was it now?"
Tommy shivered, not entirely from the cold though. "Yeah... I suppose."
Benjamin leaned closer, his breath warm against Tommy's ear. "Let it all hang out. Tell me everything."
