Bab 47: Burned & Busted

"What the hell is that!? Why is it so big?!"

Joshua remained expressionless as he slowly unbuttoned his light blue long sleeves.

Lucas followed his movements with his gaze, his eyes widening when the first scar was revealed.

He gasped at the sight before him, concern soon etching on his face as he looked at it.

"Sssh. Shut it! They will hear you," Joshua hissed, cutting him before he could react any further.

He then finished removing his shirt, completely revealing all the crisscrossing scars hidden beneath.

Lucas gasped at the sight once again before taking a step closer.

Lucas reached out, his hand tracing the deep scars across Joshua's torso.

Joshua watched Lucas' every move as the latter grimaced at the severity of the wound marks.

"Who did this to you, Joshua?" Lucas asked softly, his voice laced with both concern and shock, but before Joshua could answer, another question formed in his mind.
