"Master Sterling, Mr. Daniel just came in with some news!" Butler entered the master bedroom and found Lucien already awake and dressed. He quickly shared the update.

"What did he learn from those criminals?" Lucien inquired, trying to hide his stress from the lack of sleep and his concern for Vivienne.

"Well, it wasn't much information, to be honest. It seems even Mr. Daniel is puzzled. The criminals he interrogated claimed they had no clue about 'Shadow's' whereabouts after taking Mistress Vivienne. However, they did mention that if he did take her somewhere, it would likely be on the outskirts of Novus City," Butler James reported, echoing what he had heard from Major Daniel.

"Where exactly are they talking about?" Lucien inquired, feeling overwhelmed by the vastness of the outskirts.
