Zaya and I moved into position, the cool concrete floor grounding me as I took a deep breath. The set had been rearranged to evoke a more intimate atmosphere—soft, muted lighting cast shadows against the industrial backdrop, giving the scene a raw, almost primal feel. It was the perfect setting to create the dynamic David wanted.
