Bab 48: "Do you know your wrongs?"

Wen Qinxi sort of believed him but Qie Ranzhe didn't buy that answer at all. He just wanted to get laid so he could only let it go.

"Then do you fully understand what could have gone wrong? How many bad things could have happened and how much risk you were putting not only yourself, Ailun but also your entire grade at risk? What if you started a fire by accident or worse you burnt your fingers," said Wen Qinxi his emotions pouring out fully with no restraint.

Each word stabbed straight into Qie Xieling's heart and the guilt was pouring in. With a lowered head he pursed his lips trying not to cry. It would only make things worse if he cried.

Wen Qinxi saw his son's state of mind and stopped talking for a while. He just looked at his fluffy head of dark brown hair his mind a mess.

He was caught between hugging him and punishing him. Unable to bear his baby looking like this he asked, "Do you know your wrongs?"
