Mira couldn't refuse her, and to be honest, if this egoist had asked her just as his sister did, she would have agreed without another word, or would she?

Well, she was stuck here with him now, and she needed to find a way to leave this room.

Arijit turned to look at Samara, and with the way he looked at her, Samara could tell it was something serious.

"The bruises, how did you get them?" Arijit asked, and Samara gulped. How would she explain to him, she didn't want to lie further!

Mira was also curious to know, she had seen the bruises but didn't say a word, the makeup had covered it, so it was no longer visible.

"It's n-nothing brother, I probably scratched myself unknowingly." She smiled.

Arijit could tell she was hiding something, she looked scared and he wanted to know but he won't put pressure on her. He knew his sister, he would tell her eventually.
