Bab 7: Patch & the camp
I calmly hum to myself as I wait for us to land on patch as I thought about it I decided to get up and walk towards the main hall and I proceed to use yin yang control to manipulate the spirits of everyone around me except for suka. And I effectively brainwashed them all to be loyal and follow my orders absolutely. Especially paid attention to are to non-tribe members. They'll keep their free will but they could never consider about betraying me it would just be unthinkable to them. After I finish I decided to ask [great sage] a question.
"Great sage I would like you to begin developing three skills if you can, the first one being some form of archiving skill for all the skills I have so when I fuse them I can retrieve and relearn them. The next two skills are passive the first passive skill I would like you to attempt to create will allow me to absorb the elements of dust and be able to empower my abilities with them without feeling pain. The second passive skill will be similar to jugo from Naruto I will absorb the natural energy in small amounts and it will be converted into magic particles and increase my maximum reserves."
After my words [Great sage] responded sounding almost Happy.
"Understood commencing"
After few minutes I heard the notification.
"You have attained the skill soul archives
You have attained the passive skill dust hunger
You have attained the passive skill nature's heart."
After hearing this I'm out of my head quietly and then ask what my maximum reserves were again in my head.
"Your maximum magic particle reserves are now 20,000."
I thought about it for a few moments so [soul archive] should have every skill I've ever had in it meaning I can relearn them so I decided to relearn darkness manipulation and fuse it with fire emblement. And then relearning light manipulation and fire emblement & fuse them.
"Congratulations you have attained holy fire skill
You have obtained the amaterasu skill"
I stayed quiet for a few moments I had holy fire now and amaterasu which I can only assume it's similar to the mangekyou ability. Now that they stay silent I thought about something if in theory that soul archive has no daily limitations such as you can only relearn five skills a day I can technically Non-Stop fuse and try out different skills combinations just like that damn slime.
After a few moments I realize I couldn't theory evolve my [Great sage] so I decided to speak to it.
"Great sage I would like you to commence evolution I hereby name you Sarah."
I did not realize something but Great sage seems shocked as I received a notification.
"Great sage has begun evolution it will take 24 hours before it will come back online."
After hearing this I felt slightly regretful But ultimately this will be good in the Long haul. As I look out the window I noticed the small island known as patch. I began to walk into the main hall and began speaking loud for everyone to hear.
"Listen everyone we've come to a certain decision we either choose to stay as a bandit clan or we can try to incorporate ourselves into patch. I'm giving everyone this decision to vote on mainly because I know some of you don't want to cause harm to innocent people and some of you only have real grudges with Atlas."
Everyone seem to look at me as I could feel us landing and judging form my senses were in the middle of a forest. But everyone seem to give it some thought after a while then suka decided to speak up.
"If we choose to merge ourselves into patch will we not take vengeance on Atlas?"
I shook my head as I began to speak.
"Not entirely we won't openly take our vengeance but it doesn't mean we can't be nuisances and attack their convoys and free more Faunus. And we can bring out let's say some damning evidence of the secret work camps of the schnee dust company because we all know they exist. But on the other hand if we continue being a bandit tribe we will never attack veil we will attack the other kingdoms but it will probably be primarily Atlas that gets our pointy end of the stick jabbed into them."
After hearing this everyone was nodding their heads I began to speak once again as I look at everyone.
"Now you can all think about this overnight we will begin setting up camp around us so be ready cuz we'll probably going to be dealing with Grimm sometime in the future."
Everyone began to move out of the bullwork and started to look around even Felix left this ship the only one who stayed by my side was suka. As I look at him I noticed the pair of redheads who weren't crimson we're still asleep.
"Are you going to send me and the invincible girl to patch as students so we can have a background to train and possibly get into beacon?"
I stayed silent as I began to think of it. On one hand pyrrha we'll have the chance to become a maiden and suka will have a chance to grow stronger and gain new templates and if he can attain say a skill that will let him have a zanpakuto then if I can get that skill I would become absurdly more powerful. And I certainly would imbue the skill into my main weapon Grimmheart. And that idea is really appealing as I rub my chin as I noticed suka running off to help everyone build the camp. I began to walk towards the forest mainly to kill some grim and use predator on them. As I exit the little clearing our ship was set down in I decided to ask [Great sage] something but then I remember it would take 24 hours for [great sage] to come back online. I decided I would ask what happened to the grim I devour with predator later. I soon found myself in a clearing where I noticed there were a few beowulfs But ultimately I noticed there was a little blonde girl and a small little red wagon in the middle of their encirclement.
And from the corner of my eyes I noticed a raven. I stayed silent as I began walking forward my eyes began to Glow silver as a silver pulse emanated from me killing the grim outright. I began to put grim hard back into its scabbard as the blonde girl looked up at me with shock in her eyes. I immediately know who this was a very young yang which means inside the wagon is a small Ruby. She didn't ran and hugged my leg constantly repeating the same word.
"Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you."
I gave a soft chuckle as I Pat the head of the child as I spoke quietly.
"What are you doing out here little hatchling?"
She looked at me confused why I referred to as little hatchling but then she noticed my bird like wings. She's soon began to run back to the wagon and speak to me.
"I came out here looking for my mom."
I stayed silent as I gave her a piercing look as I know as I spoke out loud like I just figured out who her mother is.
"Oh you're Raven's girl."
I said with a soft chuckle but she seems shocked that I knew her mother's name and I could tell the little Raven on a branch with shock too I decided to continue speaking.
"Her full name is Raven Branwen she is the current leader of the Bronwen tribe in Mistral if I remember correctly."
I said like I was just now remembering something but Yang looked very curiously at me what I meant by Bronwyn tribe but I could tell the Raven was stiff as a rock.
"Oh little one your mother is a bandit a fine fighter and a former huntress. Anyone of bandit descent knows about her even by reputation alone. Me and My tribe May no longer be possibly walking the path of most bandit tribes any further but even we know her buy her reputation."
The little blonde seemed a little afraid as I waved off the fear from her.
"Don't worry about me being from a band of tribe like I said My tribe doesn't walk the typical route we mainly just have a firm hatred of Atlas and that's about it. As long as no one attacks us we don't typically and go out of our way to harm others. And besides my tribe has three main rules never harm a child never attack another faunus and finally only attack those who are deserving. Those are the governing rules of My tribe we're all EX slaves."
As I said this I could tell Raven who I could definitely tell was listening intently to my words but the little blonde seem to relax. And I couldn't blame Raven after all I am abandoned still and I'm right next to her child as I looked at the little blonde I began to speak once more.
"Go home kid you're not strong enough to be out here to fight Grimm if you want to find your mother you'll need to be strong enough to fight off anything that comes your way be patient because good things come to those who are I can guarantee one day you will meet your mother it will just need to be patient and strong enough to make her stay. If you're planning on dragging her back home to wherever you live after all the rules of the brawn when tribe last I check was the strong rule and the week obey. So if you want your mother to stay with you you'll just have to get stronger than her."
After I said this I saw the little blonde girls I seem to burn with the termination as he began to move back towards patch with her sister then she stopped as she looked at me with the sheep as expression.
"Hey mister I didn't get your name my name is Young and the little ball of energy in the wagon is Ruby."
As I began to turn around and head deeper into the woods I began to speak.
"My name is Frost little hatchling and before you say anything until you're able to keep up with me in a fight I will always refer to you as hatchling and my tribe you have to prove of your strength to be a knowledge by a name because names have power."
Hearing this she seem to giggle but began to run towards patch I drew my blade once more and had deeper into the forest as I could sense Raven was following her daughter making sure she got home. I then began to mutter to myself under my breath.
"Who would have thought I would have already met two of the main cast after just arriving here Oh well."
I said this as I began to spend the night killing and using predator on Grimm cleaning up the forest as much as I could until I saw the sun begin to rise it only been 8 hours since Great sage went offline meaning I had 16 hours left until Great sage comes back online or Sarah as I have named her. I decided I would begin heading back to the camp my eyes still glowing silver as I arrived in about 20 minutes I had not gained any new skills since this Forest is filled with primarily Beowulf Ursa and one or two nevermore. All of them I had already he was predator on them before.
