Bab 114: The Prince's Squad

Alaric spent all of his free time training to put together the model one automaton. He succeeded in the first time in three days. He made a machine that could obey simple orders and follow him. He created the next one in two days instead of three.

That's when someone came to the door requesting the Alaric head back to the castle. He said his heartfelt goodbyes to Burt and Janae as well as Kraque, who he had gotten to know a little better.

He went with the servant and soon found himself standing before the Queen with Eli, Barry, Sarah, Karen, and Elizabeth.

He found that he was a lot more relaxed than them, and forgot that he had spent much more time with the Queen than anyone else. Eli was shaking uncontrollably, and the girls couldn't look the Queen in the eye, but stood rigid, facing forward. Barry was just fine and was his usual calm and calculative self.
