Bab 113: Ruler of Iron

Alaric was standing in front of the Queen, waiting for any orders that he may be given. Quee Irigia was sitting down behind her desk, observing Alaric for a moment.

Then she said, "You remember when I told Burt about training you because you are Inian's son?"

Alaric nodded, so the Queen continued, "I am putting together a special squad with you as its leader. I think experience is what you need to have another breakthrough, so dangerous missions will be given to you and your squad."

Alaric wasn't sure how to ask but raised his hand, and the Queen sighed, "you don't need to raise your hand, Alaric."

"Sorry, but can I pick who's in my squad?"

The Queen raised an eyebrow, "I guess there's no harm in that. Who would you like?"

"I would like the friends I've had in school to come with me. So Eli, Karen, Barry, Sarah, and Elizabeth."

"I'll make that happen. Are they all officers?"

"Yes."
