Bab 43: 42 Riota

The challenge was clear in her words. It was the first time any of us had heard her so openly challenging us. We rose to the occasion. This was familiar territory. A physical test. I welcomed it. I was never great at being soft spoken around females. It had gotten me in trouble. My father had been more than upset with me. Growing up I heard my unruly personality was why he had sired only me. I would inform the family tonight that I was being tested as a potential mate. My father and his war brothers would be overjoyed. 

I could feel it in her emotions. This was something she enjoyed. She was sure here. In her domain. This was not just familiar territory for us. It was where she thrived. Doing well in this test might hold more weight for her. Her words told me a lot. This was something Humans learned from a young age. That screamed important. The close telepathic link we war brothers shared told me the others noticed as well.
