"Huh?" Gideon's confused voice came out unintentionally as he took a moment to comprehend what he just heard.
"I'm sorry, but I think you've got the wrong guy." When Gideon came back to his senses, he shook his head and tried to close the door.
However, the girl simply put her hand on it and it stopped closing at once. This caused Gideon's eyes to narrow.
"I don't have the wrong person. It's pretty hard to miss the face of someone who potentially saved the planet." The girl said and pushed the door.
"Fine, then what do you want?" Gideon pushed back and said with a neutral tone.
"I already said it. Marry me." She said without any hesitation and pushed back.
For a moment, the two of them were in a stalemate and the door was showing signs of cracking.
Gideon looked her in the eyes for a second long before sighing and let up on the door allowing the girl to push it open.
