Seeing as the battlefield now changed, Gideon didn't hesitate to use it to his advantage.
As he and Nathan clashed amongst the earthen chunks, he used his speed and weaved in and out of them, effectively kiting Nathan who chased after him while blocking attacks left and right.
After a while, Gideon finished what he was planning. He stopped moving and Nathan was about to smash his head with one of his claws.
But right before the claw hit it, it stopped abruptly along with the rest of Nathan's body. Slowly, invisible threads appeared on Nathan's body, all of them were connected to invisible magic circles Gideon had planted while he was jumping between rocks.
Gideon didn't spend energy saying anything and immediately turned into a whirlwind with his blades and slashed Nathan's body endlessly.
Nathan's scales overed good defense, but that meant little in front of Gideon's onslaught, and very soon, the dragon was covered in its own blood.
