Imagine a world where all people can speak the same language…
The number of people has decreased this much, and a troop called POST is about to take over almost the entire world.
Due to the drought that started in 2042, there is a world where people started to kill each other because of misery and states went crazy with anxiety about extinction. States leaving the borders of the country have almost entered a race to acquire new colonies.
There was a riot which could be counted as a worthy in only one of the cities that were about to be colonized. The initiator of this, is a young girl who has just turned 17.
